I am hoping that Judge Karen does read this. I saw an episode of this court show last night. Had to comment. Alright, 99% of the time, the honorable Judge is spot on. This show was so off, I just had to say something. A young man, and his Mother are in court. They are opposing his teacher. The teacher had reprimanded the boy 3 times for using his phone in class. The teacher took his phone. The boy would not comply with her demands. She was within her right to take it. Suddenly there was a distraction. A fire drill. The phone is left on the desk of the teacher. The phone has vanished when they return. The teacher must pay to replace the stolen phone. ???????? Really!!??? Wouldn't the boy have more respect for the class if he had to mow lawns and wash windows to replace the phone, that he probably lifted off the desk anyhow. Judge, respectfully, you were off your game on that one. You sent a bad message. Thanks, Leslie Iammarino
