Basically, nothing really happened. The ending was so confusing. I get that the guy selling a new couple a house in the neighbourhood, but why? Why wouldn't they find it creepy as he's just smiling at them? Can he talk properly? The child can't talk properly or talks 'creepy' because the movie tries to tell us he's an alien, as with that deep voice as well. But how can he talk to unsuspecting victims if he literally will freak them out and act completely out of the norm. That will creep those people out, and they'll probably leave. Also, are the alien race just taking over the world or are they just taking over real estate agents' jobs? Is it another parallel universe or is it the same world just cut off from before? Nothing is ever established. The actions that they take were reasonable from the start but got sort of annoying halfway in. At a shower scene, Tom or whatever his name is has bruises all over his back. Is that from shoveling? Or was that one time that he abused the kid sort of copied him and did that back? And how long was that aging process? It makes no sense. Movies that don't make sense often add some enclosure at the ending, But nope! All main characters just die. And the ending..? I don't think I could call that an ending at all lmao.
