Dee Collins

The movie held my attention and seemed very interesting. I kept thinking about it after it was over and realized I'm not sure what it was about. It had a storyline but some of the things confused me especially in the end. I didn't understand if they were supposed to be like superheroes or something and why they were detained the whole time and if they did have super powers what was the superpower of the female character?
