Plodding film and gibberish (actor slurring lines with a cigarette in his mouth talking faster than anyone did in classic films) dialogue and the longest truck shot in film history...I quit half way through when the filmmaker started interspersing a black pointless screen for extended periods during a long rambling monologue. Does it get better??? I didn't feel connected to anyone in this film. No close ups in the first 20 minutes...I love sci fi and classic sci fi but this doesn't go anywhere to keep you engaged.
