This truly had so much potential. The love story’s need to die in movies like these. The whole movie was victim to competing ideas and Josh Boone having too much control. The dude makes romantic teeny bop movies. Shouldn’t have been in control of this. Also gotta say, the lead actress butchered her role as Dani. Out of all the stars they brought onto the film, they casted the CW actress as a lead. Bad casting choice, terrible actress. Couldn’t get past her shi**y acting and pulled me so far away from the rest of the movie. Such a shame. I was so excited for this.
