Sad, beautiful, touching. I loved this series and binged it in a night. It's really beautiful.
I think maybe these critics of it haven't gone through grief? It's ugly and sometimes mean. But Gervais handles it in a way that's empathetic and also frustrating. I thought it was brilliant. Made me laugh aloud and also cry.
