If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen that. My husband bought the king size blanket and tried to use the “100 night guarantee” which they said “congrats your shipment is insured” only for them to wait for the “guarantee” to expire and later tell us they retract there guarantee and say the 100 days has expired. Keep in mind that it took them sometimes weeks or even closer to a month to respond to each one of my messages. Extremely disappointed in the service, especially with how much you pay for the product, and thinking they would honour there guarantee, but just get a runaround. I strongly suggest staying away from this company and there products, unless you are happy spending that kind of money on something you cannot even try and probably won’t be able to return. And if by chance you are lucky enough for them to except it back watch out because you pay the return shipping and they will probably only give you some money back because any dirt or hair or anything really will come off your return.
