All I will say is this, if you looking for a good resident evil experience here you won't find it. So much about the show makes you question why things are happening with zero answers. Events will occur that seem counterintuitive to what the characters goals actually are. There's supposed to be this theme of terror and yet there was none. Nothing dealt with in this story was anymore terrifying than anything Leon or Claire had already dealt with in the past. The final "boss" fight if you can even call it a boss fight amounted to nothing more than a game of tag there the boss is just trying to run away from Leon and doesn't even really try to go on the offensive. One of the main characters, an Asian woman dies by getting her head crushed by the final boss, however the reason for this isn't even elaborated on because she was allies with the guy and he was fully in control of himself, she wasn't even trying to stop him really, and yet when Leon is put in the exact same position of being in a choke hold he decides not to kill Leon and just tries to run away again. The writing makes no sense, there is hardly any good action or horror. There is no development of character. The "twist" i already knew about 15min into the show. Big waste of 2 hours of my time and is easily worse than all 3 of the animated movies that came before.
