Luca is a beautiful coming of age story. This is no way the best pixar movie, but no way the worst either. I like animation style with it cartoony aesthetic. I really loved the dream sequences showing Luca's inter desires. I like the characters like Alberto, Giulia, and especially Luca. The other character are cool to like Giulia's father(and cat), Luca's parents, and heck even Ercole is aright bad guy. But I really connected with the message from this and what Luca learns and grows. Like Luca, I have self doubt and worries which I learn( and still learning) to over come by friends and family.( and yeah this movie made me cry.)(Pixar know how to make people cry) The problem that I were the friendships( not that were bad), but could have better developed like Giulia and Luca's. There is other small problem I have like comedy and stuff, but this review is getting long. All in All, Luca is special, beautiful, enriching spectacle( which was not in theater)(thanks for that Disney). I give this film an 8/10 a good movie.
