I watched this film on a flight knowing I’d never pay for a movie so horribly reviewed. I’m so glad I did (though holding back tears on a flight isn’t easy!).
I loved how the movie brought a philosophy about life to us as a story. I thought each connected story was equally well-acted and linked in a clever way. And I loved how the tragedy of it all was beautiful in the end.
I’m also not a fan over over-acted sappy shows like This is Us generally. Nothing about this movie was over-acted, whiney, particularly expected nor annoying.
I thought it was beautiful and I hope more people will bypass the reviews, watch it and reflect.
Enjoy. I would have paid to see it had I known (and had ample access to tissues).
