I wanted to give this more than 2 stars, because the storyline and the graphics are great. However, the movement is clunky on a good day, the mounts while "in the wild" run like the wind, the minute you over-ride them start to move like a pregnant hippo on quaaludes.
This is a port, and while I am sure the controls are just fine for the kiddie generation on their consoles with zero expectations, they don't live up to someone who remembers when games were ACTUALLY good.
Sprinting is laughable at best, you are literally stopped for the slightest bump in the terrain. You can't outrun anything, yet somehow overridden machines can't either.
The camera angles will make you nauseous "if you are prone to that" in any closed-in space.
All in all, this is a game, and games are classified in my mind as BW and AW (before wow and after wow), this is definitely an AW game with all the baggage that comes with it.
