LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. Pandemic quarantine or not, this show is exactly the funny the world needs right now. Before COVID, I wouldn't spend the "over my price point" monthly fee for HBO, but the benefits are worth more than any Rx or therapy co-pay AND you can watch the episodes as often as you like from the safety of your home where you can be off-mask while you LOL/ROTFLMAO/SMDH at what's coming at you with these sketches. The talent is real, the writing is solid and I'm grateful to have found this show. It's nice to finally be sore from laughing and not from being stuck inside a small apartment during a pandemic. The stressors of the world are legit rn. So now during all those sleepless nights, instead of tossing & turning and trolling news apps, I'm going to turn this on because nothing says "I got you" more than A Black Lady Sketch Show.
