I have owned every flight sim from Microsoft from day one. Being excited for the new release of Flight Sim 2020 I decided to buy a new computer able to handle the requirements of this sim, I must say how disappointed I am. The graphics are awesome but not having 2d cockpits is a real miss by Microsoft. Most home cockpit builders use the 2d for those builds. I would think those of us that use multiple screens would greatly benefit from 2D. Key commands have changed, navigating around has changed, views have changed, and all of this probably for the good or for a majority of users. But, for us old folks, having Flight sim X with the new graphics and detail would have been awesome. Maybe Microsoft could add the 2d onto the sim later to better the experience? Flying with a window of a 3d cockpit is just not the same in my opinion. And everyone has an opinion. That's my 2 cents for what it's worth.
