This might just be my new favorite movie! A lot of these bad reviews come down to people who haven’t read the book, but it’s not really needed, but it will leave you a bit confused or misguided. This movie cinematography was brilliant and absolutely golden. The acting was good so was the dialogue. This movie creates really likable characters such as Richie and Kelly. Which makes you feel for them when tension arises. Now, the monster design was amazing! It was more creepier than I expected. The visual effects in this film was so good! There may be CGI blood then and there but this film is also a bloody one! Overall, Dark Harvest is an excellent movie for the autumn season and Halloween. It definitely has a 70s vibe to it. Imagine the outsider, the purge, and pumpkin head if they had a kid. That’s what dark harvest is in a good way. Overall, I love this film and I recommend everyone to watch it if you can!
