I've been watching series 17, and it is a mess! For me, the first five seasons were really good. After that, they had their ups and downs. However, series 17 is boring and convoluted. The fact that I am rooting for the bad guy, Elias Voit, tells you everything. The writing is all over the place, and there is no character development. They should remove the entire cast, or at least keep one or two. There are too many characters, and they should make it like it was before, with good cases full of tension, suspense, and a strong plot arc. They should also remove Garcia; they have destroyed that character, making them annoying and a caricature. It is fiction, but for something portraying 'Evolution,' I would say it is 'Devolution.'

The film was OK, the only thing that irked me a little was the time it was situated. Supposedly, it's 1968, but it felt so fake. I would have preferred it in the 80's or 90's. But I like the pacing, the stories, and plot. The reasons for three stars were because I didn't like the ending and, if we know that some characters will die, why not to show the death or blood? (Maybe because it's a PG film? I dunno). I think it wasn't the most appropriate way to finish (writing a story to calm a ghost) as it leaves some many loose ends. I guess that's for the next film. Overall, it is entertaining and enjoyable.

Oh my God! What did I see? This is not only a terrible film, but also it has the most boring and convoluted plot. A magical ooze that makes men hate women because, yes, they are a menace for being free thinkers... WTH! You know, commonly from horror films, I do not expect "Citizen Kane" quality. Still, I expect charismatic characters, like Michelle Gellar in "I know what you did last summer": that film was bad, but at least she didn't suck (at least not as the others) that much. Anyway, the script is all over the place; zero chemistry between the cast; the lead role, totally miscast and zero emotions from the actress; but the worst was the villain: it's like watching Gargamel from the Smurfs. Try to watch something else on Netflix.

Visually, this film is gorgeous; I think that the location and music are good. However, that's the only positive thing I can say from this film. It has a mediocre story, lazy writing, full of woke propaganda and an anticlimactic ending. It's a shame because the idea itself that "your deepest secrets would let you to your end" is interesting. I think it could be a good film, but Netflix is, as usual, Netflix.

I am so disappointed with this series to the point that I stopped till chapter 4. It is more than evident that this version of "Masters of the Universe" is just a bait and switch strategy for making money nostalgia. I would have preferred a spinoff focused on Teela, but killing He-Man and Skeletor in the first episode, and more endearing character as this progress? Is that the way we are going these days? Sorry, but I am deeply saddened at how the writers turned Teela into a furious and irrational woman rather than that brave, courageous and intelligent warrior I remembered from the '80s. He-Man and Teela deserved much better treatment, and I think the whole "Master of the Universe" series deserved respect for being a source of inspiration for many generations.

I will ignore the historical inaccuracies and the forced inclusion, but frankly this was not the best of the three films. That said, I think it was a decent ending. The first two acts were a bit lackluster, more like a team drama with pilgrims than horror itself, and I got bored at some point. Personally, I liked the third act, I think it was very entertaining the final fight, but I prefer the second film. It is not a bad film, but definitely I won't see it again.

I will try to be objective but sincerely: mix a little bit of Metal Gear Solid, the Bourne Identity, and Mission Impossible 4 and 5, but substitute them with indestructible women (seriously, not even a scratch or broken bones!), and you'll have as a result this film. It seems pretty much a lousy copy of Fast and Furious, and that is how bad it for me was. This film is a huge letdown; I feel bad because Scarlet Johanson is a terrific actress, and the black widow character has a lot to offer. But, it seems that this film purposely was looking to depict men as either useless, laughable tools or evil persons who only are looking to "control women's minds" (that only some red Disney magic dust can save). Genuinely, I was expecting an exciting and entertaining story. Some visual action scenes were fine, but this is a forgettable film.

I'm getting tired of these villain origin movies. I remember when Disney used to make good films: - A villain was defined by their acts of selfishness, stupidity, evilness, craziness, cruelty, and cunning, displaying immoral behaviour that can oppose or pervert justice. - And the cool thing about Disney heroes always was that despite their ingenuity, they used to fight for justice, righteousness, principles, and values that depend more on what people deserve than on what they enjoy or feel. It's more than evident that Disney is more interested in making money using the nostalgia of a 'beloved' villain. Disney manipulates us to make us feel pity for a woman who, as far I remembered, wanted to skin alive dogs for a coat in the original movie (and live-action). Well done, Disney! Now, maybe the only thing I liked about this film was the charisma of Emma Stone. Still, the plot, the writing (Jesus! Seriously, the writing and that is in general with Hollywood movies these days), the 'villain' (which surprisingly is not Cruella! An that is a problem: one wants to see why she is evil!) turn this into a forgettable and predictable movie. In a nutshell, this film is the Disney adaptation of "the devil wears Prada", with nothing to offer to 101 Damaltians films. Maybe, I am upset that Disney recently doesn't care to create new stories, promote good values, make good movies anymore, and treat children like tools with these films.
