Do not pass judgment on this show based solely on the animation style. The story makes up for the style's demerits. It really grows on you. I can't wait to see how it all comes together.

This movie is an excellent example of the so called Lovecraftian horror genre. If you like such movies like Annhilation or perhaps Birdbox, then this is a movie for you.

A nice, believable take on faster than light travel and first contact.
