I tell you! I really love the old 1990/ early 2000's shows I used to love and grow up with compared to the shows today. I loved Rupert when he was an animated cartoon in the 1990's. I remember when I first watched rupert (the 90's cartoon) when I was a girl. Today's shows on TV are completely not my cup of tea or anything interesting to watch. The 90's and early 2000's shows were a heck lot better during my happy kid days. Rupert was a fun and exciting show. He took you on all of his adventures, and there were some points when he'd talk to the audience and make you feel INCLUDED AND PART of his show. I know some animated characters talk to the audience in shows today. I wish they brought the Cartoon Rupert (from the 1990's) back today with new episodes, JUST LIKE HOW IT WAS and No changes Like what they did with some then beloved animated shows that are still running today. (A.K.A. Arthur) I am still watching all the Rupert's on my YouTube, and it sure is bringing back lots of nostalgia.

I used to love Superwhy Until it got up to Season 2, when Whyatt and the Beanstalk family adopted a new dog character by the name of Woofster! It felt like Superwhy changed for No better when Woofster came into the picture! It was Not the Super Why I used to know and love anymore! I thought I was watching another show I did not care for. I used to love the old Superwhy's, and I did not like how they changed the animation CGI with Superwhy, ever since Woofster came into play. Superwhy and the other super readers had different voices! I lost absolute interest in it and forgot it was Superwhy when I looked in on it. Everything was different. I liked it when they jumped into Peter Rabbit, Humpty Dumpty, The three bears, all the stories we used to love to read and that we know! In season 2 with Woofster, they jumped into Unknown books and that was when I knew to never watch the show again. Excuse my negativity and 2 sense!

I think having two men getting married on a kids show, like Arthur, is a very bad example for children and future generations. I grew up watching Arthur and was very shocked and thought it was sickening to have a same-sex wedding on a kids animated cartoon. This should be a show to teach all kids right from wrong. I feel you should redo the show again only with Mr. Ratburn marrying a woman!! Also, Christee Burkes, I agree with you when you said that you did not like it when Ladonna Compson was introduced. Same here! Ditto! I like Arthur the way it was! I loved it up to season 15! Ever since Ladonna came in the picture, I felt Arthur jumped the shark for no better. It did not feel like the Arthur show I used to know and love! I like it better when it was just Arthur and his friends Muffy, Binky, the Brain, Buster, Francine, Sue Ellen, Fern, Prunella, and whoever else was on the show since The Beginning! Also, I know this is another kids show I am talking about here, but I also watch Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood with a few of my younger cousins and did not like it when a new character by the name of Jodi Platypus came into play in Season 4! I liked it better when it was just Daniel and his four other friends Since the Beginning! They should not add new characters in the middle of a 4th season onward. It'll only change the show around for no better!
