I love this show. I pay for Syfy, but since it's through university housing, I get neither "live" nor "streaming". It sucks that I have to pirate (ie. steal) this fun and entertaining tv show, but Syfy won't take my money and I don't understand why. I would prefer Nielsen get my rating so they can pay the staff appropriately for a second season, but I'm really just posting to point out that this show has a lot of potential. Buffy's first season didn/t have a coherent goal; nor did STNG or BSG or Expanse S01. Please renew for season 2. To the writers, actors, producers, and folks behind the scenes: ya'll are amazing; keep at it even if this show doesn't take you where you want to be. I love what you're working towards and I would pay money to see more. Thanks for all that you do and all that you've accomplished.

I like this show more than I figured I would. It's a light, easy to follow fantasy series. I'd consider it family-friendly. Not particularly plot-heavy, but I enjoy the character interactions. It feels quite a bit like Xena.

I really like it. Feels a lot like the X-Files. It's science fiction and will likely be well received by sci-fi fans, but probably less so by reality tv fans. There's been nothing overtly fantastical so even though it strays quite a bit from historical fact, historical fiction fans may enjoy it as well. Not sure what's up with the other comments about the wife being gay. There's some subtext but thus far nothing overt and it's obvious that the blonde is a Russian spy. Given that the show is set in the 50's, I would imagine that it's plot related and not "pc pandering" as other commenters seem to think. I look forward to the next episode and hope it does well enough to get a second season.
