I have known Carl Henson for over 30 years, and only recently learned of his writing talents. Brave Daughter is a book that one can read with the peace of mind that there is no profanity or vulgarity, and the plot is interesting throughout. One quickly learns that the main character Laurie is a high principled person who maintains that profile throughout her life. He keeps your attention all the while; wondering what will happen next, and his factual information is woven perfectly into the fiction to make even the fiction seem believable. It is a nice read that I could not put down, until finished. I really believe the book ends in a way that a segue into a Brave Daughter II would be appropriate. Great job, Carl!.
