This is a blend of history and drama, the incidents of Genocide are shown exactly as brutal as they were, being a Kashmiri pandit myself, I can tell everything shown is true, the characters are not real but the the film is the absolute truth , people being shot in the rice drum then the wife was made to eat blood soaked rice, the electric saw killing , mother's being raped and being cut to pieces in front of their children, everything happened, I would only say that the director had the guts to show this.

Story was not new, mostly predictable except the climax, but the lead performances, the music, background score, screenplay, the overall presentation of the film made it an absolute treat, a must watch, Kudos to the team...

I think his best work was sonchiriya but you need to watch this one for Sushant, it's like he said his goodbye in the end of the film for real and these two hours are part of his legacy....legit👍🤗
