I've watched this movie too many times to count and it never gets old. The actors performances were phenomenal. Renee Zellweger's character Ruby adds a lightheartedness to the film at the right times. The journey of Inman trying to get back to his love Ada is long and hard, but with many little action packed scenes that you can't look away from. There's no shortage of bloody fight scenes and there is some nudity at the end, so be aware. Overall, this movie pulls you into the time of the Civil War and the intense emotions of all the characters. It will seem like the fastest two and half hours of your life. I 100% recommend this movie to anyone who wants to just something they'll never forget.
