Surprisingly fun action movie. Surprised to see such critical reviews for a popcorn action flick. The story is not Oscar-worthy and does seem to get loose by the end, but it was more than passable. Anthony Mackie proves himself as an action star. I think this was more impressive than anything we've seen of him as Falcon so far (though this film did get me hyped for his MCU show next month). The special effects are solid in a futuristic world where robotic soldiers are used to support ground troops in wartime, it reminded me of battling things out in a video game. Giving this one a fiver, as an action flick it did not disappoint and kept me entertained from start to end.
