While the title is sherni, hardly any character in the film was one. Hence the lone sherni got poached leaving her two helpless cubs to human mercy. It is a good film. Reminds us of the precious ecology that is in our hands to save. We need to protect it from the greedy self serving characters around that are all too abundant in this country. The huge population that gobbles up land and leaves precious little for the rest of the fauna. That's the sad reality. We need people like the friends of the forest to protect this precious gift of nature

The main character looked lost and morose. She hardly had any feelings. The biggest failure is that the movie failed to capture the enormity and intensity of the incident and the characters looked very disconnected from it
