Stephanie Irvin

I work in Digital Operations for a large financial institutions and my department works with IT but our work is more operational than a tech delivering team. I am trying to understand how agile fits into our world as I am interested in being agile. This book breaks it into a palatable format. I appreciate the information on how it can be done wrong which is just an important as understanding what it means. I highly recommend this book for leaders who want to learn more about Agile.
