Best game in the series, yes its pretty chaotic but that is what makes it so fun, because you never know whats gonna happen and you're never safe from any weapon. The music is extremely good and is stuck in my head and i love it.
The chaotic-ness might make the grand prix annoying to complete but the multiplayer is where its at, hours of fun came out of this game during my childhood and i would gladly pay full price again for a wii, MK wii and controllers to have a Mk party with my friends.
10/10 would race again
