Five Feet Apart is a well-directed, beautifully articulated film with amazing actors. It encapsulates you into the routine life of a CF patient, a teenage girl more specifically who is a control freak by nature. We are introduced to a heartthrob who tests her patience day in and day out. The film no doubt will leave you in tears so bring tissues ladies, and even gents! The ending will spark mixed emotions -In a sense where you're satisfied with it, but not necessarily fulfilled. The unknown of what the future holds is what has one questioning the film right after; but isn't that life? We don't quite know what will come next, the same with death. Thus, one can conclude that Five Feet Apart is undoubtedly an award-winning film, and that goes without saying. If you have not watched it yet, then you should. I must warn you that if you are not intrigued by realism; do not expect a specific ending. Be open-minded and accepting, for what awaits you is a glorifying experience... Simply watch and listen with interest. Thank you.
