This movie took me into a forbidden part of the streets like I was getting a guest ride into someone's life. I guess that's what they were aiming to do? It's not a hood movie however. It has a certain surrealism that makes you wonder how much of this is real? I like how it was broken up into chapters like i'm reading a book. It has flaws but It's flaws are actually what make it kind of stylish like a modern Blaxploitation film or something.
