So sad, promising cast who must have just grabbed the opportunity to film abroad. Otherwise I can’t for the life of me think why they said yes? Bad acting, script, implausible plot, and when I realised Dervla Kirwan was the mother of “hornblower,” I nearly choked? who knew 2 year olds could have children…?

Great opening sequence, first 30 minutes edge of the seat stuff and very dark. Then it all went down hill from the Caribbean onwards. An utterly Unbelievable 007,. Dialogue poor, acting laboured, even M looked worried. Stunts over the top. “How many range rovers can we wreck today ?” But the worst was the plot.... which at best could be described as “confusing.” I so wanted Daniel to go out on a “Casino Royal” (5*) - I think perhaps his best Bond work. I enjoyed Quantum of Solace (3*) , loved Skyfall (4.5*) and I really enjoyed Spectre (4*) Sadly all I did was keep looking at my watch. Sorry Daniel, but I think after all the hype, “it was a good time to go....” (2*)
