This show is “Ehh”. I was really excited when I saw the promo for Nancy Drew and I guess I was expecting a little bit more out of it. The show is it supposed to be a MYSTERY ppl. NANCY FREAKING DREW! WHERE IS THE DRAMA AND THE THRILL?! They left all of that in the books. First off the mystery they’re trying solve is boring. Characters? Boring. Acting? Ehhhh. I’m not saying that they should go off of the books BUT go back to the drawing board and try again. The whole show wasn’t believable because that’s not how Nancy acts. If you read the books then you know what I mean when I say they made her look like a train wreck. In my opinion, there is more thrill in one Riverdale episode than in all of the CW Nancy Drew episodes COMBINED. Basically to sum it all up it was very hard to watch. Boring. Slow. Probably not going to be on very long.
