* Some spoilers Honestly im giving this review based on watching the gameplay since im not good with these survival games. I love the story, characters, the environment is stunning. I will agree the ending isnt great, however i feel and mainly hope this is getting set up for possible it be Ellie’s story now, she still has tommy, dina n jj kind of. Hopefully theres a dlc for like ellie n dina reuniting or/and a dlc for abby even though i hated her story. Since apparently the fireflies are re-emerging if there is a third part ellie will be a big part of the story. It doesnt make sense of them to come back n ellie story is just over. I get why people do hate the ending but I'm sure people said this but this is about Ellie coming of age which is another reason why I hope her story continues how she adjusts to not having a father-like figure in her life even though she hates Joel for what he did, as seen in her flashbacks she realize that Joel doesn't regret his choice she does love Joel ( As seen when he got murdered). I feel like also she regrets leaving Dina. I'm hopefully we get more details either dlc or with a sequel I just hope Ellie just doesn't disappear, the chemistry with her and Dina wasn't as good as Ellie and Joel, but I have to say it was pretty damn good ( yes they were in a relationship I get that).
