I found this film super disturbing. The story starts great with promises of happy ending. But about half way through, the female protagonist is literally being sold to the men of the village and is almost raped twice. Her brother is faced between killing her or killing his leader, instead of running away with her. Everyone seems to be making the most unproductive and unsuccessful choices. By the end of it, I was asking myself 'What the heck did I just watch?!' I think I will be having nightmares. Sick, sick plot, waste of an hour and a half of my life... Also, the movie poster promises partnership and survival against all odds. That was not the case at all...
