Its a western, its a series for 4 movies so… this movie is a giant act 1 setup. It is unconventional but I like it. its risky and different in many ways. This will be a slow build but I enjoyed the movie for what it is. Go support it and give it a chance.

I wanted to like this. The cast just seemed tired.

2/10 Midsomer was a fairytale gone wrong. Whining annoying lady wins the day? But at what cost? Nothing really. Nothing truly ties the beginning with the end and nothing made sense. Main character was not strong enough for me to be convinced that she was losing her mind more like the opposite. Not giving away any plot points but I believe that important details might have been edited out and some that could have been just removed completely. This movie should have been 1:30 not 2+ hours. I enjoy A24 movies however this was a complete 🍋 lemon. I enjoyed under the Silverlake more than I did with this unfortunate summer mistake.
