The acting was so good. It was an engrossing story to the end. Very little violence

Good all-around! Likeable characters, good story (got very steamy in later episodes). I loved that the characters were chosen with a blind eye to ethnicity, reserving color for the fabulous costumes. Bridgerton delivers as a good story and the costumes and sets are a real visual pleasure throughout the episodes.
