I was hoping for a more realistic representation of who nurses really are and what they do. As a nurse watching the program I was offended that so many codes of professional ethics were broken in just one hour! Nurses have explicit standards of practice that they must follow. Disappointed but not surprised! Also the mentors for the new hires were horrible bullies....one of them made a comment that bordered on harassment with the comment about the nurses scrubs and whether they were available in "her size" implying they were too tight.Nurses display amazing skills and there are many incredible stories out there. Take a page out of Call the Midwife not Greys Anatomy for a change!
