I cannot believe that I am the first to review this excellent book. It should be mandatory reading for anyone wishing to introduce changes in an organisation and it is just wonderful reading for every one.
The story is simple but powerful and everyone will recognize characters in the book that match characters in the office.
I usually do not read books on management techniques and so cannot state with firm evidence but this must surely be in the top 10.
