Its a great game and the reviewers were harsher because they didn't get paid to score it higher and if i had to choose this game or the last of us 2...this game is 1 million times better and worth every penny.

It screams both feminism and Lgbt majorly a lesbian and the protagonist was killed by Trans who somehow magically got a sex change during a zombie apocalypse and thats about it...dont buy the game...i recommend playing the 1st one only...as this game was not worth the wait... it seems to be made the very last minute...i bought it digitally and I wished I could get a refund... i recommend a better game if you want a better story which is TELLTALE THE WALKING DEAD REMASTERED it has all the dlc and its worth your money.
