Not what I expected. People seem to forget the joker is a comic book persona that was invented in a fantasy world. That being said they should stick to the comic book and not incorporate real life. To much political parpaganda in the movie making a villain seem like a hero type stuff. Joker was never known to have a mental illness but he was crazy as f#@k. It could have been better if they had stuck to the comic story line. Joaquin Phoenix did a hell of a job though.
