I really wanted to love this movie. It really underwhelms and from everything I’ve ever seen Lucille Ball in- her show and her home movies and interviews- Nicole Kidman is NOT channeling Lucy. They should have focused on Ethel and Fred, who actually seemed more genuine and true to character.
