Petta:$tyle $tyle dhan..idhu super $tyle dhan..yes guys the above line sums up the movie review of petta...Rajni all d way ..his style his persona..his presence on screen is jus fantabulous...Rajni has never looked so handsome smart in the last two decades than petta..in kabali and kala also he played his age but the charm he has in petta is I can keep writing ....petta is a mix of MAIN HOON NA and BASHA..I am sure the director Karthik subburaj is a big rajini fan himself and has done full justice to superstar ..the only thing one can complain is there are so many other stars and all of them almost go unnoticed(Trisha simran bobby simha sasikumar Vijay settupati and nawazuddin) to name a few..almost all go unnoticed..this may be bcos u don't wanna see anyone on screen when our thalaivaa is in full form...bkground score is decent ..music is below average...infact did not like the play back at all other than the first song(the voices did not suit superstar)..suspense elements are gud (subburaj trademark)..editing is below par and the movie could have been 20 min short easily...Do watch it if u are a super star fan as I am..First half 4/5..second half 2/5..overall. My rating fr petta is 3/5..
