Olivia made the game unplayable for me. I was willing to look past the meaningless repetitive combat but the constant interruptions of that annoying yellow blob single handedly made this game unbearable. I actually looked up how to turn her off during before finishing the first chapter. Can I just play the game and discover things like the old paper Mario without being TOLD what I’m already doing and have the already simple puzzles RUINED by explanations before I even get to try anything. God I miss the old paper Mario games where they actually rewarded experimentation and didn’t hold your hand all the way through. Olivia is 1000x worse than Navi from Ocarina of Time. So very disappointed in this game because I was looking forward to a great RPG on the Switch from one of my all time favourite series. Going to resell this ASAP. If you liked the classic Paper Mario, DON’T BUY THIS! Play Bug Fables instead!
