Wow. I have a low bar for Christmas movies and somehow this movie was still a major disappointment. It looked so promising with Scotland, some older-but-famous stars, and an audience willing to look past cheeziness, and yet, it was so cringy I had to fast forward a bunch of scenes, and I eventually gave up on it about an hour in. I'd bet money all these 5 star reviews have been paid for.
