Honestly, I really strongly believe everyone should watch this. It's incredible to hear the things coming from creators, engineers, presidents of the social media platforms. PhD talking about them as well and the disturbing facts on social media. How it impacts the world, the mind and how horrible it really is. I really liked that it was from people who know the inside of it, not just made up facts. Made me really sit back and decide I no longer need social media, it's really not worth it
