Literally the worst thing I've ever seen. Absolute trash. I'm not one to talk smack online but this was so awful I can't stay quiet. Not only are the plot holes bigger than the grand freaking canyon but the actual plot itself belongs in a literal garbage can. No I'm serious like the movie Holes is a documentary about this plot. You could put this plot beside Swiss cheese and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Like think of the moon and all its craters and stuff yeah.. well imagine the moon was one giant crater what would happen? It wouldn't be there right? Nonexistent LIKE THIS PLOT!!! And it's like the people who made this movie don't know anything about The Beatles or why they're famous... like yes they were amazing songwriters but that's not the only reason people went crazy for them. They were FUNNY and CUTE and HAD PERSONALITIES and COULD ACTUALLY SING unlike the mandem they chose. You can't just take their songs and give them to the guy with the LEAST amount of charisma and expect Beatlemania to happen all over again. It was like watching a piece of stale dry toast want to be a fresh chocolate chip pancake. But I mean I do feel kinda bad for the guy that plays him cuz the whole movie consisted of people dragging him for not being attractive enough like ya I didn't really like his character at all but POOR GUY. And they actually did an awful job in I don't know if it was character development or casting but the main character was just NOT IT like I actually wanted his love interest to end up with a whole other dude. LIKE WHAT? That's a problem guys. That's like someone stanning Jim and Karen instead of Jim and Pam. It just shouldn't happen. And don't get me started on the trailer. Totally misleading. They made it look like Paul and Ringo were in it BUT NO OF COURSE THEY WEREN'T BECAUSE THEY'RE WAY TOO SMART TO TAKE PART IN SOMETHING AS HORRIBLE AS THIS MOVIE!! Even Yoko wouldn't take part in something like this AND THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES. But I kept my hopes high the whole movie thinking Paulie or Richie would show up but no, they would never stoop to this level of awfulness they are much too superior. And the sad thing is you could tell they tried saving this movie by getting all these big celebrities to be in it like Ed Sheeran and Kate McKinnon and James Corden but I'm so sorry guys this was an absolute FLOP. There was literally only one scene in the entire movie that I liked, but I'm sorry that one scene couldn't save the movie. Finally, the ending. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL HECK WAS THAT SUPPOSED TO BE. I'm sorry I don't want to spoil it or anything but there is NO resolution. Like at all. In fact, the ending actually sprinkles in some MORE problems into the story and throws some MORE plot holes in your face. And in the end NOTHING is explained. Like nothing. If you watch the movie and you hope the ending will help you understand the tragedy you just witnessed well hate to break it to you but that just doesn't happen. Like they literally one-upped Inception with this confusing ending and I didn't even know that was possible. This is literally all I can complain about without spoiling but I assure you there is PLENTY more. In conclusion: terrible plot, terrible characters, terrible ending, terrible everything do not waste your time. And if you are a BIG Beatles fan like me and you're all naive like "awww omg The Beatles I must see this movie" ya no. Don't do it. Trust me. Nothing can ruin them for me cuz I love them way to much but man oh man did this movie TRY! I genuinely want to have a conversation with whoever thought this movie was necessary. Like my life was perfectly fine without this movie, in fact I would say my life was way better when this movie didn't exist. Now you may think I'm being harsh but watch the movie if you don't believe me. Watch it and tell me I'm wrong. I dare you.
