I opened a small claims case and was in the process of hiring a company to serve the Defendant as the certified mail attempt was unsuccessful. During this time, the Judge Mathis Show reached out to me. They wanted to take my case and put it on their show. I agreed and sent in everything that was required. We confirmed a court date and the day before the court date, the Defendant supposedly asked to reschedule. Since that time, I have attempted to contact the Judge Mathis Show via text and phone calls. I can't get an answer nor a response of any kind. Due to the original court date being in October and being rescheduled several times all the way into December, I would now be forced to completely refile my case as it's been about six months since I originally opened the case and four months since the last scheduled court date for the Judge Mathis Show. At this point, I feel the Judge Mathis Show has cost me my case without even giving me the opportunity to present it. They mandated pictures of myself along with my drivers license and other personal information. I signed the contract/agreement and completed everything they asked only to not be contacted, answered or communicated with again.
