Got me started on my own journey. I am so glad I read this and I have to say that I have found this to not at all be a "diet-book" it is a "way of life" book. I'm 5 months in and 35 pounds lighter, with no real effort on my part. Willpower isn't a huge requirement because all of my meals are tasty and satisfying. "Meal-Gapping" is easy when you are well-fed and busy. I wholeheartedly recommend this book.
