Some viewers argue that this movie is not great, that it is slow, superficial. Those “feelings” miss the point. This movie can be understood, or stated more poignantly, felt by all, wherever one is in time, place or spiritual sophistication. That makes it great. Any spiritual truth, whether we know it or not or admit it or not (great line from the flick), must be ascertainable by anyone, anywhere at any time. I challenge any critic: what in you holds you back from humbly letting the truth of this movie fully in your heart? Bathe in one of the best soundtracks of all time. Let the ache of love overwhelm you like eating a juicy peach while soaking in a hot shower...even if just for a moment. It’s ok. You’re free to do so.
