Silly movie. Good vfx. First sc-fi fantasy where acting from the main characters is sometimes focused and sometimes poor; when it feels as though they don't believe in the character themselves and are suppresing laughter in a school play. Poor storyline/script/events. Overall I'm not interested in part 2. Overkill with the PR buzz and the box office numbers news reports. Waiting for a really good sci fi story with level of vfx shown. Saw the Martian yesterday on a 32 inch tv and felt more thrilled than the 3 hours wasted in a 3D theatre last week on this one.
