HiThis is another Disney desperate attempt to blend gravity falls weird appeal with Star vs. the forces of evil girly embrace. I mean, the main character is nosy in the most disrupting way possible, in the some of it's important parts it feel like she's just forcing morals trough her mouth, preachy characters are sign of lazy world and emotional manipulation. It just feels they show producers are trying hard, makes it unnatural, uncomfortable and noticible. Animation- 9.5 Theme song- 4.0 Theme Opening- 10 Story (development so far)- 3.5 Characters- 4.5 I don't recommend this, they are better shows that features experience and more compelling story with minimal preach from them MC's. Disney is creating its own "American Isekai" with weirdness as background and girls as protagonist, please don't make this a trope, Disney, just don't.

It is this type of art that it's humble in a way where it's flaws end up very insignificant in the sum of all its parts. The way this cartoon manages to tell a personal growth story is fresh and new, like an inter-connected anthology, like a warm soup to the soul. Silly, fun and even when the jokes aren't landing it just feels right from whom saying it. Good character interpretation building; they are good, they turn bad. They are bad turns out they aren't, one sided change really keeps things simple and non-convoluted. it reaches in the deep surface of our understanding without too mature psychological elements but mature in the simplest way nonetheless. It's silly and kid friendly yet also morbid and horrifyingly though provoking. PERFECT balance. A good change of pace, this one. I was getting tired of preachy characters. And anime emotional misplacement.
