Caleb Donaldson

Highlight of the film was the great special effects and otherworldly character designs. You can tell the director was very dedicated to his work, which is always a good thing. The plot isn't anything new though, and the film failed to scare me. Nonetheless, great classic horror flick.

While the film had some interesting concepts to offer, its execution was riddled with all the generic, painfully unfunny tropes of a B-tier Disney film. For every scene I mildly enjoyed, there were many more I found to be unbearable and cringy as all hell. Could've done a lot better. Could've been a lot worse. Eh... 5/10.
