I believe the critics were paid for a positive review of this movie or feel like with all of the whitewashing in Hollywood they are afraid to give a black director/writer a bad review. This movie was trash! I only enjoyed my popcorn. The actors were good, the movie was bad. I really wanted my money back. I’m glad I sat all the way in the back so no one saw the light from my phone while I texted. Wait until it’s free on cable.
